Kids’ Holiday Activities – Terms & Conditions
1. Free Event
All activities, including crafts, face painting, and balloon artistry, are offered free of charge and participation is open to minors.
2. Liability Waiver
Participation is voluntary and is at your own risk. Centre Management, event organisers, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation in any of these activities.
3. Parental Supervision Required
A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during the activities. Children may not be left unattended.
4. First Come, First Served
All activities are subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Craft materials and time slots are limited.
5. Photo Consent
By participating, you grant permission for your child’s photo to be taken. Photographs may be utilised by Centre Management for promotional purposes, however, the identities of minors will be protected and concealed as far as is reasonably possible.
6. Behaviour & Safety
Centre Management reserves the right to refuse service to any child and/or parent/legal guardian who is disruptive, uncooperative, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
7. Dates & Times
These children’s activities are only available on the dates and times advertised, and while supplies last.
8. Right to Cancel
Event details are subject to change and/or cancellation without prior notice. Centre Management is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.
9. Indemnity
By allowing your child to participate, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Centre Management, its affiliates, staff, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the event.
